Gen has excelled in multiple aspects of medicine including a great knowledge in phlebology and primary care. Her warm and approachable personality allows patients to feel comfortable and well taken care of. She is able to provide a wide variety of services including assisting in ultrasound guided sclerotherapy and endovenous laser ablation as well as perform visual sclerotherapy of spider veins.
Dr. Amyot is a specialist in the field of Phlebology, area of medicine dedicated to the evaluation and treatment of venous disease. He is a fellow and director of the Canadian Society of Phlebology. Dr. Amyot is a graduate of the University of Ottawa School of Medicine. He completed his postgraduate residency training in Family Medicine at Queen’s University.
Dr. Amyot has vast knowledge and experience in a wide variety of minimally invasive treatment options including visual sclerotherapy of smaller superficial veins, ultrasound guided sclerotherapy of varicose veins, and endovenous laser ablation of saphenous veins.
